In the past 8 days, FIDO has completed 8 fence projects, impacting the lives of 19 dogs. Thanks to the hard work of our fence program leaders and numerous volunteers, these dogs are now living the good life off tethers for good. The situations varied, from dogs escaping their yards (and even biting someone) to expanding/repairing an existing space, to getting dogs off chains and moving them closer to their families.
We’ve been actively working to ramp up projects and this past week reflects that. We thank everyone for the support that enables us to help, and immediately improve, the lives of more dogs in our community.
